"Jemma is an inspiring Pilates teacher. Her classes are always interesting, varied and well planned. Jemma will always make sure that an exercise is suitable for each person and the exercises can be tailored depending on your level of ability, or any underlying health issue. The sessions are always enjoyable (even when we work on the abs!) and although we are not all able to be together in a studio, Jemma is still able to guide and correct us.
